Our kitchen team, led by chef Jasper Maatman, has launched a new menu for the summer months featuring many seasonal products. Feeling tempted already?

How about Sea bass on the BBQ with asparagus, tomato, and puffed quinoa? Or Aloo Gobi – Indian cauliflower curry – with mustard seeds and vegan garlic naan? The 350g Pluma Iberico on the Japanese BBQ with shallot & green apple is also highly recommended. Prefer three fresh langoustines with wild garlic butter or our classic Pasta Vongole?

The starters menu also boasts a range of new delights: definitely try the Pani Puri with aged goat cheese cream, curry & pickles with a vegetarian mustard salad. Or Pulpo “a la Gallega” with rock salt and smoky sweet pepper.

Our sides menu also features some newcomers like the “Patatas Panaderas” confit potato with shallot and basil, or the grilled asparagus. Too many delicious options to mention, so be sure to join us this summer for lunch or dinner.
