New Menu

Daffodils begin to bloom, and leaves are starting to form on old wood, as we embark on a new journey through taste and sensory pleasure with a brand-new restaurant menu. For the next couple of months, you’ll be able to indulge in every type of taste there is, with sweet merging into sour, bitter accompanying salty and savoury, and umami being honoured as it should.

Start off strong with a taste of the sea by indulging in sea mussels, salmon ceviche, shrimp croquettes, oysters, anchovies, and grilled gambas or langoustines. Burrata with tomato kimchi, green asparagus tartelette, and bone marrow focaccia are all worth trying as well.

Continue with some barbecue-grilled goodness, ranging from duck, köfte, and chicken to seabass or monkfish. Grilled sirloin steak, paccheri with yellow oyster mushrooms, and smoked aubergine curry are also among the main dishes. As always, there’s a wide range of sides, all equally scrumptious.

Finish your meal with vanilla ice cream, a Boule de Berlin, classic tiramisu, or a not-so-classic barbecue-smoked vanilla ice cream pavlova with pineapple. Choose any of the above and let the flavours dazzle you.
