With soaring temperatures and an abundance of sunshine, we can officially say that summer has arrived. And where better to cool down than on the Yalo rooftop?
To help you beat the heat, we’ve introduced refreshing misting sprays, meaning a delicious drink won’t be the only thing keeping you cool. Our new rooftop menu is packed with vibrant flavours, perfect for long lunches, sunny afternoons and golden evenings.
Start with the hamachi ceviche with passion fruit, golden beetroot and ras el hanout, or opt for an elevated summer classic with BBQ bone marrow, focaccia and chimichurri. And there’s plenty more to discover.
The rooftop itself has also received a summer refresh. You may already have spotted our new green-striped cushions, the updated lounge area or the new high tables that provide the perfect setting for larger groups.
And the best part? Throughout the summer, Yalo’s rooftop is open every day from noon onwards. Whether you join us for lunch, drinks, dinner or simply a good time, we have all the ingredients for the perfect city escape in Ghent.
