With the arrival of autumn comes a brand-new menu at Yalo. One that celebrates warm flavours and seasonal produce, of course.
Start with small plates to share: burrata with tomato bouillon, Char Siu-glazed pork belly with mango relish, oysters, ceviche or truffle flammkuchen. Designed to be tasted, discussed and devoured, these dishes set the tone for a memorable meal.
Expect mains such as grilled Côte à l’os from Dierendonck, creamy lobster rigatoni with tarragon, BBQ sea bass with bouillabaisse and clams, or smoky vegetarian Baingan Bharta. And if you’ve saved room for dessert, you’ll be spoiled with our decadent moelleux caramel with dulce de leche and buttermilk ice cream, or a tropical mix of mango, passion fruit, basil and caramel.
