Night Auditor

We are looking for a Night Auditor. If you would like to be part of a young & dynamic team, be sure to get in touch. You will play a crucial role in the success of our hotel!

 

Your tasks

You will be the main point of contact for internal and external Yalo guests in the evening, giving each guest a warm and personal welcome and service. You are helpful, think along with the guest, provide all necessary information. You make our guests feel at home in the hotel.

You are responsible for the check-in and check-out of our guests and other front office procedures. You perform these in an efficient and correct manner.

You are a quick learner with computer systems and you answer questions by phone or email in English.

You are a true Yalo ambassador. You know the hotel, the different room types, the F&B concept and the facilities inside out and you can provide our guests with the necessary information.

You can handle complaints professionally and correctly and you ensure a strong follow-up, both in actions and communication.

At busy times you help out in other departments.

You ensure good internal relations and communicate smoothly with all colleagues from other departments.

You have a fixed work schedule with only night shifts.
