Meeting Coördinator

We are looking for a Meeting & Events Coordinator to be responsible for meetings 5 days a week. If you would like to be part of a young & dynamic team, be sure to get in touch. You will play a crucial role in the success of our hotel!

 

Your tasks

You will ensure that each meeting runs smoothly and build a relationship with our guests.

You will optimize the operation and service of the meeting rooms so that everything runs as efficiently as possible.

You strive for continuous improvement.

You actively participate in the restaurant or bar during calm moments and you are a real Yalo ambassador.

You know the hotel, the different outlets, the F&B concept and the facilities through and through.You can handle complaints professionally and make sure that every guest leaves Yalo with a smile and wants to come back soon.

You ensure good internal relations and communicate smoothly with the kitchen and other departments.

You are familiar with the HACCP standards and have a high standard of hygiene.

 

Your profile

You have several years of experience in the hotel industry or similar.

You have a natural flair and enthusiasm that is contagious to guests and you leave a positive, open and enthusiastic impression on everyone you come into contact with.

You are organized, stress resistant and flexible.

You radiate the X-factor that Yalo stands for and you are looking for a vibrant workplace where you can be yourself.

No clones in suits here!

You want to be part of a great hotel team that works hard, supports each other and has a lot of fun.

You speak fluent Dutch and English.

Other languages are a plus.

And above all: You make it happen and get things done!

 

We offer you

38-hour week where you always work from 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm.

Weekends mostly free, sometimes flexibility required.
