Chef de partie

Your tasks
You will work in the Yalo kitchen brigade under the direction of the head chef. You can be deployed either in the Yalo restaurant, the banqueting department or the rooftop. You will be responsible for the mise-en-place, preparation and presentation of our dishes or buffets. You will take on a part of the kitchen.
Yalo hotel also features a trendy bar and rooftop where a large selection of high-end bar bites will be served.
You follow all kitchen procedures correctly.
You find hygiene super important and you always work orderly and neat. You follow our hygiene procedures very strictly.
You prepare all meals with heart and soul together with the rest of the kitchen staff who share the same gastronomic passion.
Your profile
You already have a first experience in the kitchen as (demi) chef de partie.
You are a real team player. Your enthusiasm is contagious and it is a pleasure to work with you.
You are organized and you work quickly and efficiently with expertise. However, you are also creative and love original gastronomic concepts.
You keep all the plates spinning! We have several F&B outlets open at the same time. You keep the overview and you are stress resistant.
You want to be part of a great hotel team that works hard, supports each other and has a lot of fun.
You are available to help out in the kitchen in the evenings and/or weekends.
